Terms of service

  • Cost of transport is per vehicle and price stays the same no matter how many persons are inside the vehicle. 
  • Final Travel Plan / Itinerary approval is mandatory from our booking office.
  • After confirmation , any amendment / Change in Itinerary/Travel plan is not permitted & subject to approval from booking office.
  • Once your booking is confirmed, no refunds for any cancelation, amendment & unutilised services if canceled by the client. 100% cancelation applicable.
  • Cancelations from us due to unforeseen circumstances are refunded 100%.
  • Driver is not a tour manager or tour guide. Kindly don’t expect any destination knowledge from driver.
  • To save time & best travel route driver will take help of GPS on highways & local routes.
  • Maximum 10 hour Driver/Car service/day.Any additional hour charges will be paid directly to driver.
  • Every city charge disembarkation from vehicle in the center, depends on vehicle size and the city, the prices are different. Price is visible on the site and should be payed directly to the driver. Its only for stop 15min and disembarkation, its not for parking.
  • In case of partial payment, the balance payment of trip needs to be paid in advance at the time of pick-up.
  • Any grievances or claims related to the cab travel should be reported to 8080 d.o.o. within 48 hours of travel time.
  • You are not allowed to take pets with you inside the car/bus & subject to approval from booking office.
  • Smoking is strictly not allowed inside the vehicle.
  • Due to traffic or any other unavoidable reason, pickup may be delayed & intimated at the time of pickup.
  • Driver details will be shared up to 2 Days prior to departure.
  • You are solely responsible for managing your own travel schedule. 8080 will not be liable for any compensation if you happen to miss your scheduled flight, train or bus due to delay pickup, traffic jam or delay due to any other reason during the trip.
  • Driver will kindly suggest (upon his experience) time schedule for every day of the tour but you are the one who finally decide what/when/how.
